We wondered for a while what to do about the stroller situation. Bella isn't ready to walk everywhere, or indeed stand on a boogie board. Also in Paris you end up walking reasonable distances to get to your destination like the Champs de Mars, where Bella will then run around, so you need a pair of wheels to get you there expediently.
