School Time

Both Bella and Sebastian are at school now.

Sebastian started at the Montessori pre-school. Not the same one Bella went to, as he was too young. To be honest he's only at Montessori cos they had a place, getting a place in a day care round here is impossible unless you put their name's down at birth. Anyway the Montessori seems good. A bit less strict than Bella's, which is probably a good thing, ot sure Sebby's attention to detail is in the same stratosphere as Bella's. Here's Sebby ready to go, looking very happy with his backpack. It was all very good, until he realised I wasn't staying. He refused to take off his boots and I'm sure he almost slept in his backpack as he refused to take it off too. This is day 2 when I sent him in with a picture of the family

Bella changed schools as she is now old enough to start at the International School of Geneva. She's in a class of 20, with approx. 15 different nationalities in it! Very international. Her teacher is Miss Leitner (American) and there is an assistant Sussanah (French speaking). Most of her friends from Montessori went to the English school, but we opted for the international one, given Bella has never even lived in England. She probably won't learn to read and write till she's 6, but she'll be very Worldly wise...

For those blog addicts out there here's a link to Bella's class blog. So you can see what they get up to.
